ProKick team to hit Corica On Friday July 27 in Porto-Vecchio

The beautiful Island of Corsica is the next Port of call for ProKick fighters from Belfast. WKN Representative Mr. Toussaint Andarelli will stage another one of his unique style events on the island. He has asked Mr Cabrera for Northern Irish fighters from Billy Murray's ProKick Gym. Two ProKick fighters have been confirmed for the fight-card. Darran McMullen at 74kg is in a 4-man K-1 Style tournament and team-mate Johnny 'the Gas man' Smith will mix it up in an international K1 style match at 69kg.

Event Details

On Friday July 27 in Porto-Vecchio, former World champion Toussaint Andarelli will promote the top kickboxing event – Corsica Cup 2012. The fighters will consist of the strong Corsican team taking on the fighters from France, Italy, Belgium, Northern Ireland.

Previously Mr. Toussaint Andarelli has staged two successful editions of the Corsica Cup 2008-2009 in Ajaccio, the former world champion Andarelli, has had the events sceened internationally by Canal +Sport & Fox TV.

Infomation about Corsica
Corsica is the fourth largest island in the Mediterranean, following Sicily and Sardinia (which belong to Italy) and Cyprus (an independent republic). It is actually located only ten miles north of the Italian island of Sardinia and about twenty miles off the west coast of the Italian mainland.

Corsica Island is a possession of France, and is located about 110 miles south of the French mainland. Tourism to Corsica is popular because of its pleasant Mediterranean climate, stunning coastline, and breathtaking mountains.
