Saintfield man Jess now extends his record to 36F 18W 15L 3D but more importantly he took the title off the champion in London. The day belonged to Stuart Jess the new welterweight British Full-Contact champion. It with a 2nd round TKO against Jamie Bays (champion) in London. The ProKick fighter, Jess, didn't give Bays a chance to settle as he took the fight to Bays throughing bombs right from the first bell until he caught Bays with a crushing right hand in the 2nd that had the Londoner handing on to survive. Survive he did as Bays showed a fighters heart until the Referee intervened to call a halt to the match in the closing seconds of round No.2.
