Ernesto Hoost Seminar Geneva May 2013

One of the world’s kickboxing great’s, Ernesto Hoost, flew in ahead of Carl Emery and Philippe Brelaz’s annual event: Mr Perfect - Ernesto Hoost conducted a 3 hour training session covering many different aspects of kickboxing from full-contact, low kick, K1 style and Muay-Thai.

Night of Combat Sports.  It’s the 10th year of Mr Emery and Mr Brelaz’s event and it was staged at the Yamabushi Gym in Geneva, Switzerland.
