Ken Horan after a nights sparring at the ProKick Gym
3 Weeks Before the Hitman Hits Galway
WKN World title challenger Ken Horan travelled 10 hours just for 90 minutes of sparring at the ProKick Gym in East Belfast. Ken was put through his paces with a fresh man every 30 seconds just to make sure he is fit for his challenge against Szymon Was on April 18, the man responsible for pinching his title at the KICKmas show. Some say the title is just on loan until the 'Hitman' squares up in his hometown of Galway.

I got beat up by a hard punching and very high and quick kicking lady last night…
Ann Gallagher joined our sparring class last night to get in a few extra rounds training ahead of her fight in Galway on April 18th..
Poor us..yeah thats right, talk about high kicks to the head..wow, i was not ready for that one..lol
She certainly has that ’ go for it ’ fighter instinct and i reckon once she puts more power into that kick her opponent will be down and out, i nearly was and she was holding back on the power..but it definatly wakes you up..
oh she smiled at me as she kicked me too… sadist !!!
Good luck to ann and every other fighter for April 18th.
