Hi,i joined a biginners class 3 weeks ago..i was a bit apprehensive at first (being 37 lol)..
It has turned out t be 1 of the best decisions iv made in a long time..after the third class last night i can feel my fitness level has increased an its amazing some of the punching an kicking technics that can be learnt in 3weeks..
I woul recommend this to any 1..
Cant wait to nxt wed…

Well done guys, you’ve now finished the finding your feet stage as ive called it, now its time to put that hard work and dedication into obtaining your Yellow belt..
your gonna love it so much more now, and next your gona be sparring and if you wanna, in the ring for some serious fun and times to remember..
