Having some feedback from previous members ProKick staff found that an overwhelming 32% found themselves a bit lost as to what to do next. Others found holding pads and hitting pads a bit daunting - ProKick heads agreed that this can be daunting and have come up with a solution involving a more indepth introduction before attempting the next levels.

The advanced beginners course will briefly recap on what was learnt over the previous beginners course. It will then focus on teaching pad work, circuit training, fitness and further syllabus training into the 2nd level (Orange Belt).

On completion of this course members will automatically be eligble to grade subsequently moving into the yellow belt classes which are available twice a week.

To sign up to this course current beginner members will be given information and forms on their fifth week to complete or ifthey prefer they can resign up for a new beginners class.
