“Members of the public came to me and said they really want to see him get beaten up,” says Tom, who is currently in an intensive training camp in the MMA hotbed of Montreal, Canada. “I feel I’m being employed by the public to shut him up!” Watson faces Alex Reid tonight on September 25th on BAMMA 4, to be held at the National Indoor Arena in Birmingham. But the Southampton native isn’t fazed by reports that Alex is training harder than ever for this fight.
Alex Reid: “It won't be a whitewash”
Reality TV show star and BAMMA middleweight title challenger Alex Reid has vowed fans will see a brand new model come September 25th. And as the celebrity fighter prepares for a shot at champ Tom ‘Kong’ Watson, he’s revealed that his toughest opponent won’t be facing him from across the cage; it’ll be a personal battle with his own demons.

I’ll be checking out the fight on Bravo. Despite what I may have said on the forums months ago, I have enjoyed watching Reids TV shows and he does train hard. So props where props are due. Nice night of MMA tonight, with UFC 119 on later aswell!
