From the first bell it was clear to all that reid was definitely the more experienced fighter, covering up well and using good, solid standing work to negociate his way through Barrett's defence and take the fight to the floor.

Once down, there was no returning as this is where the short time left in the fight would remain. Although barrett made a few attempts to break Reid's hold and regain his composure, Reid kept the fight where he wanted it and finished Barrett quickly with a traingle choke.

Barrett held on as long as he could, tryng desperately to box his way out of Reid's grip but it wasn't the case and Reid wins comfortably by submission.
