In the past, it has drawn TV stars, pop idols, sporting heroes and politicians. It became one of the ‘must-attend’ nights on Northern Ireland’s sporting calendar and now the ProKick Bash ‘N Mash awards is back.

The show will take place in the Hilton hotel on Saturday the 5th June 2010. Guest of honour will be 4 times K1 kickboxing Grand Prix Champion the martial arts Superstar Mr 'Perfect' Ernesto Hoost.

The awards night will see three top quality bouts plus the Prokick Irish kickboxing awards will honour members of the kickboxing community who have really achieved over the last 12 months.

The following day Ernesto Hoost will host 2 seminar at the ProKick Gym - The seminar is a master class were Mr Hoost will teach you his fighting moves that have brought the K1 giant to the top of his game.
