The budding kickoxers will now embark on a 6 week course that will take them through the first half of their first syllabus level in true ProKick style. They will cover basic punching and kicking techniques, evasion techniques and start to build their fitness, self confidence and maybe even one or two combinations.

All of this alongside some good, focused fitness work and enhancing their flexibility. This is precisely the reason that the course is set for one night per week for the first 6 weeks. As each week passes and as the fitness grows, they will learn more and more about the sport (and themselves) and will all be aching to put themselves to the test to achieve their first syllabus grade.
