Would you be prepared to do it? 20 wannabe fighters took to streets of Northern Ireland as they focus on their stamina training for the August 16 event.

Coach Murray believes it’s the best thing for the up-n-coming fighters, “For the first couple of fights it is all about fitness so for August 16, our new guys will be as fit as any pro athletes that’s if they abide by my training plan. And when you add that fitness to their dedication and growing ability you have a deadly mix.”

The next 'Boot Camp' that is planned is this Saturday 25th July which starts a bit later  - 7am!  All who are taking part in the Hard sparring day are expected to attend.
