Billy’s Boot Camp Is Back - This Monday
It will be back to early morning starts for a keen group of kickboxers - 6am in the not so bright and now cold mornings. This is the type of thing that is needed to be a champion. The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness. It will also help those who are just looking to get extra fit and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring. increase
