Billy’s Boot Camp Is Back This Monday
Yes folks it's rebooted once again. Billy's Boot Camp will be back for early an morning start for a keen group of kickboxers - 6am in the not so bright and now cold mornings. Non competitor members will have the chance to see the type of training that is needed to be a champion alongside those cramming in extra training before their up-n-coming fights. The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness. It will also help those who are just looking to get extra fit and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring. halfway

No Boot Camp Sunday - starts back Monday the 16th Nov at 6am - we are halfway through a course so no new starts please. Wait until the next camp will start, info will be posted here on ProKick.com
