The ProKick fighters will show their dedication to their chosen sport by signing up for Billy’s Boot Camp which makes or breaks fighters and most are hoping that it gives them the extra incentive and stamina that’s needed to succeed. It will be no easy task as the Boot Camp starts at 6am every morning and will continue right up to the week of the event.
Coach Murray believes it’s the best thing for the up-n-coming fighters “When they get into the ring on August 16, they are going to be fitter than any pro athletes. Add that fitness to their dedication and growing ability and you have a deadly mix.”
And while they can’t take in the glorious early morning views of Northern Ireland, you can. We’ll bring you pictures of the lads running through different landmarks over the next couple of weeks.
Billy's Boot Camp starts this Thursday - fighters for the August 16 event be ready to run and at the gym for 6am- more info will be given at the sparring classes this Wednesday
For further details to join the team, contact the ProKick hotline on 028 9065 1074 or drop us a mail to info@prokick.com

Mr Murray and Mr Masterson were on top form this morning shouting and jumping upon anyone slacking off…Star jumps galore were also being handed out like they were free…

Dedication and commitment from the full class was there to see, but of course none of its possible without Mr Murray and Mr Mastersons dedicated help and persistance in keeping us going and getting everything possible from us that we can give and then some
