Body Builder Martin Spence

Body building champion Martin Spence will come to the ProKick gym tonight (Wednesday) at 7pm to give a 10 minute talk on nutrition and the importance of supplementation for the athlete. All top athletes enhance their performance through supplements to replace nutrients that the body uses quickly due top the sports and activities that they participate in.

Martin Spence has had Appearances on Live T.V, Radio, Light Entertainment Shows,Documentaries,Videos,Websites Retail Packaging, Fitness Wall Charts, 2009 Argos Catalogue,Health & Fitness Magazines, Magazine Covers Press Reports, Product launching & Advertisements etc.

He received a "Special Achievement Award from NABBA" Presented by Eric Dowey & Ivan Dunbar For Representing Northern Ireland at the NABBA MR Britain Finals in all Events Winner of Mr, Jr, Mr Novice, Mr & Masters, Mr Northern Ireland The First person ever to Receive this Award in Northern Ireland & Britain

Recognized by Northern Ireland Belfast City Council for my Achievement in Physical & Physique Culture.
