Desi Mac claimed that he ran 11 laps of the block. Fran said however "Yea but Desi is so old he can't really keep count so he more than likely only done 2 laps."
Missing in action for a second day this week was former world champion Gary Hamilton and yesteryear contender Gilbert Yates.
The return of Andrew Grimason was short lived yesterday as he was a no show - aparently he told Mr Murray that he wouldn't make it due to work commitments. But no excuse today Andrew - the camp was on their second lap when Grimason decided to join in.
By the way Andrew £10 fine for being late.
Nuala Ward's amazing excuse for yesterday's NO show - was that she got up on time, sat down to put her shoes on and fell asleep. That should be a £20 fine.
Adrian Murphy's first attempt at a boot camp has overwelmed him with the result, the Newcastle Hair stylist said that it is the most he has ever ran in his life and that is is very please with himself, a great way to spend your weeks holiday.

If anyone tries to say they are not fit after that boot camp needs their head examined:
11 laps of the Gym
Shadow boxing in between each lap
2 gruelling sessions of circuits in the gym…
you ask mr joe normal bloke in the street to do somethinG like that, forget it..
We are training as per an athlete and everyone came through with not one person falling behind..
What a fit bunch we are..so come on you new comers to prokick, get in now and take full advantage of the boot camps.
And for those who think they cant do it !
You dont know until you try..its worth that at least
