Boot Camp - How Much Do You Want It
Is it back to early morning Boot Camps? Well it's up to you the ProKickers if it's 6am in the brighter and not cold mornings. This is the type of thing that got our guys through tough fights over the last month and with NO injuries except for a few brused prides. The week-long hard physical training camp is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight and it is what's required to increase the fitness. It is ideal to help those who are just looking to get really fit for the in-coming summer and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring.
It's simple
If you want to take part in a no nonsense all action physical Boot Camp add your name in the comment box and submit - if the number are back to what they were then we'll start Thursday 6th 7th and Saturday 8th of May restarting Monday 10th and finishing Tuesday the 11th May
It's simple just submit your name and say that you are up for it and will commit to it. We'll contact you back
So if you want it then start gathering your team mates.
