Tuesday 15/09/09 - The good news, It was the last day of Billy's Boot Camp, well for this week anyways. Keep your eyes here on ProKick.com for up-dates on the next one scheduled.

Oh Rocky Desi, where were you on this weeks last Camp? Yes folks the real Rocky was missing from action and failed to hit the roads on the final day! But how many 69 year-olds could do what he's done, very few!

Well done Rocky...oh yeah 10er fine and I forgot a no show at your class last night that's another 5er...Gee thanks Desi. Said Gary Fullerton.

Well done to all who took part in Billy's Boot Camp - an early morning training programme ....

By-the-way Where is Ed Rennick and Karl McBlain??

Monday 14/09/09 - It was no show at Boot Camp for Karl McBlain and Hugh Brown. Anne Gallagher was also missing as she is off on holiday, lucky for some let's hope she is keeping the early morning runs up.

Oh where oh where is Ed Rennick?

Tomorrow, Tuesday is the last day of the boot camp.

Saturday 12/12/09 - half way through the mid-week camp and three are missing from action. However yesterday Gareth Mosgrove and Hugh Brown told the team that they are at work but Scott Callen was missing with no contact - where is Ed Rinnick, has anyone seen him?.

No running today at Boot Camp, gym work was the order of the day. Sunday is a day off, yes some may say we are getting soft! If you think that try and do one of our Boot camps and you'll be so happy for a day off too.

Friday 11/9/09 - just one missing from action, tut tut Bryan McMahn failed to beat the count and get out of bed. Apart from that a good morning's Boot Camp.

Thursday 10/9/09 saw another early start - just one on the missing list and last night Andrew McLoughlin never turned up for training. Oh hello Andrew a tenner fine please.

Master the Masterson was back in fine vocal form, stating he had no reception or interent witst he was on a river bank fisihing. Who long was he fishing for? Should he be fined or worse? 

Where was Ed Rennick again????

Did It all start of well with all present and correct and no one late? NO>>>

Where was the Master Masterson? can any one shed light on this? 

Did he think it was starting Thursday?

Did he sleep in?

Or is he still away fishing?

 6am in the not-so-bright open air; this is the type of thing that needs to be done if you want to become super FIT The boot camp will run on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday before taking a break for Sunday. it will resume on Monday and Tuesday.

If you miss your weekly classes after attending the boot camp there will be a £5 penalty incurred. This is additional training and is not intended as a substitute for your normal classes.
