DAY 3 Hard work pays off: It was DAY 3 of Billy's BOOTCAMP at the ProKick Gym in Belfast on the last day of May 2017. Three different ProKickers on the missing list, tut tut. DAY 2 of Billy's BOOTCAMP at the ProKick Gym in Belfast May 30th. Three on the missing list with 2 new campers joining us today. All the work was conducted indoors, yes we ran, jogging, push-ups, sit-up’s duck walks with much more on the agenda. Well done to all the team on Day 2. DAY 1:
BOOTCAMP and here we go again today May 29th to June 2nd - running, jogging, push-ups, sit-up’s and much much more. Day 1 kicked off this morning at 6am with another packed class all keen to get on with moving their fitness to another level. Well, there is no easy way to get fit or even to stay in shape - HARD WORK, that’s what pays off, and we are here to help you achieve that.

A FIVE days and just 45mins per session with the starting time of 6am.
