Morning all - Yes its Sunday and here’s an opportunity to spar with some of the ProKick top fighters today Sunday 1st March at 2.30pm – and it is all in aid of Stuart Jess’ world title tilt at the Bash 'N' Mash on March 6th. Note: the contact will be controlled so no one gets hurt –
Billed as a ‘Sparring day of FUN’ it all KICKS off today Sunday 1st March at 2.30pm.

Me too Phooey, though as Mr Murray has said its going to be well controlled, as these guys can hurt…and im told stuarts punch is somewhat hard as steel..
but i cant get a black eye, im speaking at the stormont business select committiee tomorrow in the chamber at stormont..so me standing there in my suit and a black eye would not look too good..tv cameras and all…no somehow it wont go down too well ...lol
I really looking forward to today, though im still nervous, but thats how ive felt everytime im sparring…but im sure these guys know that we possibly cannot harm them, so use me as a punch bag, but remember i do break easy..lol
anyone else gonna be there?, its going to be a super day I reckon and what a chance to get into the ring with a fighter.
Come on..forget that lazy sunday for once…it actually makes a change for me..a half day off work..grrrrrreat
so bring a couple a quid to help stuarts sponsorship, get some afternoon fitness and maybe a chance to spar in the ring, and on your way home, call in for a mauds ice cream as a well done treat….............see its all good

i reckon i agree with you there gareth, i would regret it..so looks like im in the ring, though knowing my luck i’ll get both stuart and Gary, then mark will come in and finish me off..
never !! im a kickboxer ya know..LOL
but yes gareth an opportunity not to be missed so im gona be there…your thought played on me for a while and yeah your right..
and i know you would be there like a shot if you were not recovering from surgery gareth..
So who else is gona make it then?

Well i reckon im sure to be there, not too sure about the sparring, only into the leval 2 sparring classes ourselves, though it sounds tempting..so i reckon i’ll decide on the day.
Stuart has a great opportunity and a great fighting chance at the bash n mash on friday, so i think everyone needs to get behind him and prokick to show we all support him..
Even if its only to attend the class for the fitness would be a good thing and a small sponsor donation will definatly be appreaciated im sure, as it assists Stuarts costs for his fight..
so lets get this right then,we bring a sponsor to the prokick gym on sunday at 2.30pm and we get a chance to get hit by top fighters ......................what a business..lol
Well im going to be there, im a part of Prokick now, like many of you are, so its a case of showing support for your own guys and girls, showing your support of your gym and being part of something…
lets fill the hall on sunday….!
