If you are a budding kickboxer and would like to appear on the event, strictly for beginners, 1st and 2nd timers then please copy the following below and send it completed FAO Billy Murray and be at the sparring or fighters class tonight (Wednesday) for more info.
Or if you are from another kickboxing club but want to take part then also fill this out this information sheet and send it back to us. “I’m a champion – get me in the ring”
Note: if you are in the sparring class just for sparring and FUN, then you are under no obligation to compete and you will remain in the sparring classes. And if you have finished 1, 2 and 3 levels of sparring you must attend the 7pm class with the fighters, there are two sections with this class you will not mix with the fighters unless you want to compete and even that, it will still be controlled and limited to whom you spar with.

Hi Edd - best that you try and make it down to the gym tonight between 5 and 8.30pm, even if you’re not training tonight.
That goes for anyone who wants to compete on August 16

Hi Chris, yeah we do get some really good intensive training under the wing of Mr Murray and his Instructors, though im sure your getting good instruction yourself in Dublin..
Glad your interested in the possibilty of the fight, im not sure though, for me id need to know 100% in my mind and my instructors mind that i would have what it takes as it is certainly a step up from sparring…
Theres no hurry of course guys to rush into this, your all gonna be at prokick for a long time i hope,so plenty of opportunities to show your abilities in the future.

HHHmmmm the Question!
Im a Champion, Get me in the Ring, makes you really sit back and think…..
Its never yes or no, Its more questions such as.
Is my stamina up to it?
Can i handle to pressure and training?
Whats my technique like, is it really worth something?
Can i make the Weight?
Can i commit to it?
Am i scared or nervous?
AM I READY .?
Normal questions that many many previous kickboxers will no doubt have asked themselves…
Me! To be honest im not sure -
100% Style and Technique would be my main focus and more thought about putting together a more natural combination routine….
So am i ready?
I Hope so..
