Ernesto Hoost Belfast Seminar
Mr Perfect Ernesto Hoost made a return to Belfast for a Thai-Tanic weekend - first-up the K1 legend took a seminar for those fortunate enough to grab a place as spaces were limited to an exclusive small seminar. Then the kickboxing extraordinaire played witness to the title fight weigh-ins and even encouraged a bit of banter between the fighters, including egging on a couple for an early fight.
