The seminar in Galway starts Sunday November 1st and then Belfast on Monday 2nd November.

For your £50 you get to train with one of the all time greats a 4 time winner of the prestigous K1 Grand Prix, also an individual photograph with Mr Ernesto Hoost.
When signing up please supply your full details of name, club, organisation, experience as organisers will endeavor to split the classes up so you get as much out of it as possible.
