K1 fighting legend Mr Perfect Ernesto Hoost is back in Belfast and will be at the ProKick gym tonight for another masterclass. The Dutchman has returned to Belfast for a special seminar for the guys travelling to Japan to take part in an all amateur international event Ireland Vs Japan. There are two seminars, the first one is 4.30pm for fighters only and the second is at 6pm open for all members.
