An official statement from Fight Code Promotions team stated that due to Mr Askerov deciding to fight on an event on another event within the 4 week "no fight" clause has forced them to withdraw him from the competition.
This came as a bit of a shock to all parties, especially the fighter but the rules in each fighter's contract do stipulate this fact.
More news on who will be replacing Mr Askerov will be updated as the days go by, here on ProKick.com
