Unbeaten Fury is aware that he is taking on a big task in Firtha but it is precisely the type of opponent he wanted for his début Belfast bout as he wants nothing more than to thrill the Irish fight fans with a Heavyweight spectacle the Island has never seen before.
Lately there has been a toss around of various opponents for Fury, the most noteable of which being Belfast's own Martin Rogan who has himself just announced that he will be bringing a World Title shot to Belfast in October, but according to Fury's camp, the American Firtha is one of the highest classes of fighters on the planet and it is the right step forward that they need to put Fury's stamp on the World Boxing league.
There will be a full supporting under card on the King's Hall event and it will also be shown live on Channel 5.
