Hamilton Jets out to Italy this weekend
Gary Hamilton jets out this week for a change of rules as he embarks on his first full Muay Thai bout. The 28year old is now in his 69th pro fight. Hamilton will jet out with team mate Mark Bird, boxing promoter Paul McCausland and Coach Murray.

It’s LIVE in Italy not if we can get it here, will check and post later. I’m bring the tapes back, I’ll have it on somewhere so will keep you guys informed where.
Check out channel 5 - they occasionally have kick & Thai-boxing running in the early hour of the morning.
In the UK some satellite stations run kick and Thai - however they don’t schedule it, so occasionally channel-hop and you may came across some.
EuroSport probably broadcast the most as they run K1 and K1 Max.

Oh if anyones wondering what an advanced beginner gets upto when not at the prokick gym, well tonight i went on my usual evening run, then i was poking around the garden!!
my dog decided to eat a lightbulb today.
yeah i know, but trust me, you aint seen my dog.
so i there i was poking around with 2 sticks and a shovel in some pooh, making sure glass was there,(vets orders) thankfully there was, so at least lightbulbs pass..lol
there you go, Gary and marks away conquering Italy and im routing thorugh dogs pooh in the rain…
what a life !!

watched a vid of James Gorman v Gary Hamilton N.Ireland Area Light Welterweight Title Fight Park Avenue Hotel Belfast .
James won on 2 points, but garys moved on from then.
now its a full Muay Thai bout.
Its the full on fight for a guy who can certainly do whats needed.
