He's committed, maybe too much?!, to the gym as whenever his wife was in labour Colin was down training waiting for a call from the hospital to let him know he's the daddy again.

Congratulations to one of ProKick's top Black Belter's upon reaching a milestone in life: Colin Malcolm has hit 50 years of age. Colin started at ProKick 15 years ago and throughout that time he has barely missed a week. He's 1 of ProKick's Mr Nice guys and throughout his time training he's brought along his family to the gym.
