"It's been an incredible journey for some of the guys." said Billy Murray "There was a lot of surprises on the way with people coming and going to and fro. When some of the new starts came in for the first time they couldn;t even do one lap around the block and by the end of a coupld of boot camps they were putting in some quality times on their sprints."

Sprints: Lets talk about sprints some of the fastest recorded times were accomplished this year not just on the singular lapos but consistent times for 2, 3 and 5 sprint laps.

Awards - Best attendance to Boot Camp and never late went to David Jones. He started back in Spetember last year.

Other people we need to mention are Chris Cullen, Michael Swann, Davy Foster and Charlie McGrory. All had a total of four days off bewtween them and have really excelled in the boot Camp.
