Mr Hoost dazzled the classes with his speed and power and technical ability. He also took to the ring to show the students how it was done by sparring with ProKick's elite.
Hoost said the night previous that he enjoys coming to belfast, he likes the people and their enthusiasm to learn. And would like to see a Bash 'n' Mash type of event in Holland.

Thanks very much to Mr Hoost for a brilliant seminar. We learned some clever and effective variations on syllabus technique perfected for ring combat. Along with Paul, Desi, Adrain and Colin we stayed for both the non-fighter and fighter class and will probably regret that tomorrow as the bumps appear and the pain overpowers adrenaline. It was a great test of fitness and technique and we were honored to have the opportunity. Oost Mr Perfect and thanks to Mr Murray.
