If any of the fighters are having dinner please note that the event is a black tie formal dinner.
Dress code = Tux for the gentlemen, evening dress for the ladies.
All fighters must bring their licence, have a doctor’s line from their own GP stating that you are fit to fight in a full-contact sport – if not we can arrange this on the day. and a copy of your insurance.
Equipment:
Please ensure that you bring the following equipment with you on the day of the event, if applicable:
Groin guard -Gum shield – Headgear - Shin guards - Kick boots - or all in one shin and boot - Gloves will be supplied on the day to ensure that both competitors wear the same size and make.
Attire = Full contact fighters – long pants. K1 and Free style fighters – Shorts. K1 rules and low kick style bouts do not require any shin or boot protection. If you have any problems obtaining any of the above, please let us know now rather than at the event.

Times for event:- Rules meeting and weigh-in will commence on Thursday night at 7.30pm in the Holiday Inn Hotel. Food vouchers will be supplied for our foreign visitors at the weigh-in - Breakfast is supplied at the hotel. Friday:
Fighters arrive at the venue for 7pm Pre fight medicals – 7pm – we will see if the doctor can call to the fighters rooms for the prefight medicals if staying at the hotel.
You will receive information regarding rules etc on arrival. All fighters need to be in their changing room at 6pm ready to go Doors open to the public at 7.30pm Dinner 8pm First bout 9.30pm The show should be over by midnight. Hi Jonathan tomorrows event is, as mentioned on the website a black tie dinner event formal evening.
This means Tuxedo for men and Evening Dress for ladies.
There may be a couple ladies in tux.
You can wear any colour short you wish as long as it is accompanied by a tuxedo which can also be any colour of your choice.
We have mentioned on the website many times that this is a formal event.
