Equipment: Please ensure that you bring the following equipment with you on the day of the event, if applicable: Groin guard -Gum shield – Headgear - Shin guards - Kick boots - or all in one shin and boot with kick boot added.

Gloves will be supplied on the day to ensure that both competitors wear the same size and make. If you have any problems obtaining any of the above, please let us know now rather than on the day of the event.

Norwegian Team info: The Norwegians will weigh in at 3.30pm on Saturday at the Holiday Inn hotel.

Times for event:- Rules meeting and additional weigh-in will commence on Sunday at 5pm in the Holiday Inn Hotel

Fighters please arrive at the venue for 4.45pm for weigh-ins and Pre fight medicals - followed by information regarding rules etc

All fighters need to be in their changing room at 6.30pm ready to go - Doors open to the public at 6.30pm First bout 7pm The show should be over by 10pm.

All fighters must have a doctor’s line from their own GP stating that you are fit to fight in a full-contact sport and arrange their own personal insurance.

All fighters under the age of 18 must also have a signed consent note from your parent/guardian permitting you to compete. All fighters must have a WKN licence and a copy of their own martial-art fight insurance. (Billy Murray will take care of ProKick's WKN Licences)
