61kg Max World Title

Karim Bennoui (France) vs Javier ‘El Tigre’ Hernandez (Spain)

It was tit for tat with in the first maybe Hernandez taking the opening round. In the start of the 2nd a big right hook had Hernandez down for a count - Bennoui took the second

Round three it all changed as the French  champion was on the canvas from a big right punch - what's next?

Forth round was again non-stop action with Hernadez taking the round big at the sell-out 5000 packet event

Fifth round was no different from the rest of the fight - as the Spaniard hassled the French World champion to become the New ShowTime Champion at 61kg - winner on points Javier ‘El Tigre’ Hernandez from Spain

Up Next

Abraham Roqueni vs Gago Drago

Roqueni from Spain looks the slicker of the two - getting his hands and feet off faster - opening to Roqueni

Round two - Drago seems a little slow to counter  - an even round

Final round Roqueni was hitting and moving with Drago chasing and falling short. At the end of the match the judges onlt seen it one way in favour of Abraham Roqueni of Spain.

Last bout of the night

It's Heavyweight action

Tyrone Spong vs Loren Javier Jorge

Jorge was the last Spaniard to fight in the ring - and by the way of his actions in the first round it looked like he wanted to go out with a win as Spong looked slow to get his shots off. The second round looked as if Spong was told he needed to get to work and start and land his own strikes because that's what happen as he floored Jorge with a knee to the body - Spong clearly hurting the spanish fighter with some nice body work forced the Ref to give a standing count.  It was expected by ringsiders that Spong coming out for the final round should have been a formality in stopping the brave Loren Javier Jorge of Spain, but it wasn't the case for the Dutch based fighter as the K1 WGP finalist Spong looked as if he could not throw his left hand and looked uncomfortable at times as he settled for a points win.

What a great night for It's Showtime, Spanish kickboxing and us the fight fans.
