This exercise plan is a hard physical training camp which is similar to what ProKick fighters go through before a fight which is required to increase the fitness to a highest level. It will also help those who are just looking to get super extra fit and will give an insight into what it takes to get fit to climb into the ring.

The Boot Camp Kicked off on Wednesday 5th January 2011 at 6am and is open to all ProKick members. The first Boot Camp of the year was an easier start of just 3 days for the first week and now increases to 4 days in the second week - finishing with 5 days for the third week. It was just £25 all 3 weeks (offer ended) working out at 12 lessons and fitness sessions - so why pay more for a lot lot less.

Cost now is just £15 for each week. If you are a regular Boot Camper the cost is still only £15 a week.
