Stuart Jess fights in Galway tomorrow night
Jess in first K1 rules match up
Its hard to keep a good man down. Current European full-contact champion Stuart Jess will embark on a change of rules for the very first time. The Saintfield plasterer will be laying it on thick when he takes on tough guy Pat McEvoy in Galway tonight in a K1 rules style. Accompanying Jess and Coach Billy Murray will be top referee Robert Masterson who will assist in the corner.
Results and pictures will be posted after the event.
Jess recently fought for a WKN full contact world title which came to nothing after he took an illegal blow which declared the match a non contest. Officials at ringside ordered a rematch which is currently under negotiation.
