A grading is when KickBoxing students, non-contact and contact, are assessed through a series of levels / grades, with the base level being White Belt, through ten levels, finally reaching a Dan grade at black belt, which is equivalent, if you like, to a degree level in KickBoxing.
This type of achievement would take, on average, between six and eight years.

jb, me too
im having 2 boiled eggs on toast right now, then im changing, going out to the garage and practicing…
im nervous as heck, thats the only thing im worried about.
nerves
however we have all worked hard and know our abilities.
i know to some its nothing, but to me its a biggy, i never thought i would be here, i never thought i would be kick boxing, and to be honest even the best black belts needed to win their yellow first..
BRING IT ON..
Good luck everyone whatever colour your going for..

Cant wait for the grading, don’t know what to expect I’m excited BUT nervous at the same time, getting ready to rumble!
Am i the only one feeling nervous? is any one else feeling the same? Cant believe i telling you all this, its not as if I’m going to fight anyone, if i was to count me out. now that would be something to get knock-kneed about.
good luck all, see you there.
