The only class on this Saturday is the kids class at 11am, all levels.

Ken Hits ProKick this weekend
The HitMan Horan will be back in Belfast this Saturday at 12.30pm and has invited the Sparring and fighters class to bring it on and give him their worst! Ken is on his final sparring session at the Prokick Gym. The Gym's 12.30pm class is closed this Saturday for Easter however it's opening specially for Ken and the rest of the team who are competing on April 18 in Galway. All members from the sparring and fighters classes welcome.
