Kickboxing For Beginners
The craze for kickboxing ProKick style continued as the celebrated club kicked off its third new class for beginners in September. The packed class kicked into action at the ProKick kickboxing school of excellence. There the new beginners received their first taste of the sport whilst working through fundamentals of fitness and elements of self defence.
