Kickboxing sparring action
Its was non-stop sparring action as ProKick novice and experienced fighters were going full throttle for up-n-coming matches for Newcastle, London and Japan. The next sparring is on this Saturday at 12.30. That class will be a mixture of fast but lighter sparring with intensive pad work. Fighters who were not in attendance tonight, don't miss Saturday.
