Over 30 ProKick Adults were tested on their kickboxing skills and a shot at the next step of Kickboxing excellence
Kickboxing Test
Sunday afternoons are more associated with relaxing or perhaps a spot of gardening rather than spending it with other kickboxing enthusiasts being tested in the hope of moving to the next level. A few senior levels worked Sunday and Monday with six invited on Monday in order to pass their high level of green and purple moving them up the ladder of kickboxing excellence. Well done Chris and Steve for doing a great job by obtaining Purple over a hard two days grading.
IT was a busy Sunday afternoon for some Prokick members of the prestigious ProKick kickboxing club and instead taking it easy over Sunday dinner or watching a bit of telly day off before work on Monday.
The kickboxing wannabes were going full-throttle trying to impress the judges as almost 30 ProKick Adults were tested on their kickboxing skills and a shot at the next step up the ladder of excellence by taking their grading for Yellow up to green belts.

It is nerve wrecking Laura!! Everytime you called in and out of the gym there is always something in the back of your mind.. “How did I do?”, “Did I perfect that move?” Especially with the shadowboxing!! Congratulations and I am sure it won’t be long untill you are all moving up to orange!
