Winners of the Saturday Kids 11am orange belt and above class were 9 year old Jack and Kyle who teamed up to win the pairs sit-up competition. Both young talents received a prokick cap and key-ring each for their winning efforts . Who will win this Saturday.

Competition time last Saturday morning at the Prokick Kickboxing Gym for junior members - only this time there was no punching or kicking on display. Fitness fun tests was the order of the day.
