Billy Murray, Prokick's head trainer said, “At Prokick, the
aim for our younger members is doing something different for them,
which helps eliminate any stress or built up aggression the children may
have. This also helps the children focus toward their grading syllabus. Just because they're on their Summer Holidays doen't mean they can slack off. If they want to progress, they have to train. But we aren't all business, all the mums and dads will be glad of the lie-in I'm sure but class times will be back to normal from September."

Kids Classes are merging for the Summer period
Kids Class Time Change
Mums and Dads, good news. You can have a (bit of) a lie in each Saturday morning as ProKick Gym are merging the first two Kid's classes, with one class in the 10.45am slot.
This doesn't mean that all of our Junior ProKickers can have an easy time of it during the Summer as there will be plenty happening over the next few months to keep them occupied.
