First Kicks and Punches of 2016
TONIGHT at 6.30 will be the first sparring class of 2016>>> read on to know more about the beginners sparring from last year. Kicks ’n’ punches were thrown for the last time at ProKick Gym. It was the last class of 2015 and it all took place on Wednesday 30-12-15. The class was an open sparring class from beginners to a few experienced ProKickers - there was also ProKick champions joined in just to hear the final bell in 2015.
