Wednesday night sparring class at the ProKick gym had a special guest at the work-out, daughter of Spanish kickboxing Star - Rafa Del Toro - Lia Del-Toro Cabrera. The feisty little talented star mixed it up with beginner right up to ProKick and Northern Ireland’s best. She took part in floor and ring sparring, finishing off with circuit training and pad work.
The little Spanish kickboxing Star, Lia, was on a whisle-stop tour of Belfast and dropped into see her friends at ProKick
