What a Successful Super Sparring Session..
(4 words starting with S ...Nice !!!)
Some good action there and Gary Fullerton really landed some precise shots…A different guy today….so it proves that the old flu can interfere, so he obviously feels alot better today…
James now has an opponent for the event..Excellent…
Some good rounds there and the guys are using the time to bring in assorted combos and moves..
Its So good to have such opportunitys to practice hard and fast like our fighters..
Thanks Again Everyone

I’m stuck in work untill 4pm and the net here does not have the latest Flash stuff needed to view!!
Can’t even get in the chatroom now!!! Oh well.. Best of luck with the production, and more importantly for the fighters!! Enjoy it!
Hopefully I’ll catch the recording later!

Was great.. good job by everyone down at Pro Kick to get it set up. Was great quality, too!
Is the sparring on next Wednesday then, despite it being St. Paddys?
