Live Tonight from ProKick Gym

Social media has really opened up in recent years, allowing joe-Blogs like us a platform to broadcast to the world for free. We at ProKick have been streaming video from ProKick.com from the end of the 90's. But on Wednesday night at 19:15 BST we went LIVE again from the ProKick gym in Belfast.

It was all ahead of this weekends International fight night. Where Johnny Smith, Michael Swan, Killian Emery and Jake McCready will be competing in the Gran Canaria.

Tonight was just another small LIVE test at the sparring class at ProKick Gym Belfast.

We intend to film the weigh-ins LIVE from Gran Canaria, details will be placed here on ProKick.com
