ProKick Stormont Run - Every Saturday morning at 9am a light run from the back gates of Stormont, less than 30mins.

New Beginners Class
Our next New Beginner’s Class starts Tuesday 22nd November at 7.45pm - If you have any friends that wish to join please ask them to contact 028 9065 1074 or drop us an email to info@ProKick.com with “Beginners” in the subject bar. The date for first beginners course in January has been set as Thursday 5th January 2017 at 8.15pm. Both set of courses are available to book on ProKickshop.com

Prokick Grading
‘Le Grande Grading’ will take place for all level Adults on Sunday 18th December at 3.30pm.

Up-coming home event- Thanks to all who supported the events this year we hope thaat you enjoyed. We plan to stage a Next Generation show in February so anyone who is wanting to compete should speak to BM and attend fighters class as we have started training now.

Up-coming away event - Talks with the WKN president have been finalised and we can now release that Johnny Swift Smith has been selected to take part in a worldwide 8 man 70kg tournament in Terrain, Iran. The event is set for March 10th 2017. ProKick have also been in talks with representatives from Canada about a team event at the end of March.

KIDS CORNER:
ProKick Kids will be working towards Le Grande Grading Sunday 18th December. List of kids working towards next belt will be available to view on grading article on prokick.com. Please note timescales between each grade is listed in ProKick licence.

Class Times over the Festive Season:
We will have our annual kid’s Christmas competition on the Tuesday 20th December which will also be the last class of 2016.

Kids class returns as normal from Tuesday 3rd January 2017 at 6.15pm. Saturday 7th January classes Beginner - Orange belt 10.45am. Green - Black 11.30am.
XMAS OPENING TIMES:

Last Class before Santa Friday 23rd December 6.30pm
29th Thursday - open class at 7.30pm for all members - Circuits & Pads
30th Friday - Last Class of 2016 - open class at 6.30pm for all members - Syllabus & Pads
Gym closed 31st - 2nd Classes will return as normal Tuesday 3rd January 2017.
