Mark Bird has a similar record and will not find an easy outing against the National WKN German champion. Bird who was defeated in his last outing against Maltese WKN world champion Danial Zahra back in April is now looking to make a statement that he means business.
Australian promoters will be looking closely at Bird's performance as they are keen to match him against they're rising star Toby Smith in Perth this summer.
The show will take place in the Hilton hotel Belfast this Saturday the 5th June 2010. Guest of honour will be 4 times K1 kickboxing Grand Prix Champion the martial arts Superstar Mr 'Perfect' Ernesto Hoost. " That's who Mark needs to impress as Mr Hoost is selecting a team to fight in Japan at the end of the year." Said Billy Murray, Bird's coach.
The lucky punters who have acquired tickets are in for a sumptuous dinner night with three other top quality amateur bouts plus the Prokick Irish kickboxing awards will honour members of the kickboxing community who have really achieved over the last 12 months.
