Day Four - Back to Boot Camp and everyone seemed full of beans good work-outs supper sprint times.
No Boot Camp - We rest on Sunday morning
Day Three - and it was Saturday 8th May we don't normally do the Boot Camp on Saturday's and if we do it's at the later time of 7am but not this morning it was 6am. Tough camp, four on the missing list.
Day two in the Old ProKick Hut - there were 3 more kicks joined us from yesterday even though we had 3 on the missing list from Day 1.
Sprints featured with Fighter Chris Cullen coming in with the fastest time unfortunately he couldn't sustain the fast time of 2mins into the next round. Davey Foster was overall best in sprints with 2 excellent times back-to-back
Welcome back to the sleepy heads who missed Monday. Tough-ish class this morning and guess what it will be more of the same until we finish.Note, starting at 6am tomorrow Saturday 8th May with a rest on Sunday then starting all over again Monday and Tuesday.
First day and there was 5 on the missing list already. The 5 had put their names forward for Boot Camp, tut tut three of them were Next Generation wannabes.
Boot Camp is not just for the fighters its for those who really want to excel in fitness. And excel in fitness is exactly what you will do if you take part and stay the course.

Sorry I couldn’t complete Boot Camp after just two days!! :( I picked up a nasty throat infection over the weekend and it just won’t go away. Missing work and normal Pro Kick classes leaving me sitting here doing nothing.. arrgh!! :(
