Conlan, aged 20, trailed his 18-year-old opponent 6-3 after the first round and 10-6 after the second, and took a standing count in the third round as Carrazana took control and took the place in the final for Olympic GOLD.
The Cuban, Carrazana, had fast handspeed and good accuracy that's what nailed it for him and he now progresses to Sunday afternoon's 52kg division final.
Well done Michael Conlan you done the team, yourself and the country proud.

Michael Conlan a Belfast Olympian had to settle for bronze at the Olympics after losing his semi-final at London's ExCel Arena on Friday night. The St John Bosco fighter Conlan had a tough contest throughout, the Belfast Boxer lost to Cuban Robeisy Ramirez Carrazana on a 20-10 score.
